We are searching for an experienced Account Manager on a full-time basis.

Description:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of medium to large AM/FM clients

  • Manage projects from start to finish and be the client’s go-to contact on all their projects

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key day-to-day clients and team members

  • Offer a sound, strategic viewpoint on projects and client growth

  • Support other team member’s growth through collaboration and communication

  • Ensure account logistics are flawlessly managed, from schedules to budgets to talent to approvals

  • Anticipate client and team needs and provide proactive, strategic solutions that keep us one step ahead

  • Work with the Account Director and Account Team members, providing support and insights on marketing plans, ensuring objectives are met, and strategies and tactics are executed on time and on budget

  • Demonstrate an impeccable attention to detail in all facets of the job, from proofreading to partnering with production to ensure every detail is considered, double-checked, triple-checked and approved internally before releasing work

  • Understand the importance of strategy and use it to evaluate and support work

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, and/or business

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an account/project management position

  • Agency experience is not required but would be beneficial

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

  • Exceptional client-service orientation and ability to be proactive

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to have fun, create fun, and share fun

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Thirst for knowledge and sharing it with your team

  • Flexibility for evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes

  • Class 5 Drivers License and available vehicle

  • Have a love of Oxford commas

  • Influential and effective leadership skills

  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week

  • A willingness to travel when needed (like Palm Springs, Orlando, Vancouver, and even Calgary)

  • Love of dogs, plants, rooftop patios, charcuterie, and talking in GIFs is not required but would also be beneficial
